Emily Easley is a seasoned solar executive, starting her energy career in 2003 in Washington, DC at the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) then pivoting to the Smart Electric Power Alliance in 2005, where she worked at both organizations with hundreds of corporate, utility and finance leaders building the foundation for today’s rapidly expanding solar market. Emily moved to the private sector in 2011, launching her consulting practice, ERE Strategies, where she worked with oil and gas companies to accelerate their knowledge and business strategies in the renewable energy space.
Emily led the business strategy for Foundation Energy Company for 3 years, overseeing the acquisition of 2 solar projects, and the creation of NOVUS Clean Energy, LLC in 2019. Emily is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Human Organizational Development (HOD), focused on Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (LOE).

Stuart holds more than 10 years of experience in clean energy communications and operations including strategy, marketing, and external relations. Spanning executive-level consultation to building teams and leading operational activities, Stuart’s broad industry experience includes renewable energy, energy efficiency, and green building fields through her roles at Viridiant and the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA). Stuart has led collaborative communications efforts and strategic partnerships with for-profit and non-profit companies as well as major regional utilities, helping leverage their ESG-focused initiatives. From 2012 to 2019, Stuart led external relations and marketing at Viridiant, making sustainable structures more affordable, livable, and durable for businesses and homeowners. At SEPA, Stuart managed membership programs for 1500 solar and utility executives, steered external event programming, and supported company-wide strategic development. Stuart holds a BA in Environmental Science from The University of Virginia.
